Pre-season begins in Juaneda

All professional athletes must undergo medical examinations to check their health and optimise their performance, thus reducing the risk of illness and injury.  For these reasons, Real Mallorca players undergo the tests every year in our facilities to start the pre-season.

The first team players visited the Juaneda Miramar hospital to check their health. During the check-up, Dr Andrés Glenny and Dr Rubén Vergara, along with their team, carried out a cardiological examination and a stress test to determine their physical condition as they begin their preparation for the Liga Santander. In two weeks' time, the club, who were promoted to the first division last season, will play their first match against Real Betis Balompié. We at Juaneda, as official sponsor and medical partner since 2016, will accompany the team throughout the season.
