The management team of Juaneda Healthcare Network has invested in a quality management system based in the concept of total quality and which, in its main centres, is recognised through meeting international standard ISO 9001 and the awarding of the S.E.P (Excellent Private Healthcare) award. The S.E.P model meets standards in Europe and the rest of the western world, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of health care and criteria contained in ISO 9001:2008.

The S.E.P. program was inspired by the National Federation of Private Clinics and includes standards from other international prestigious models (EFQM and Joint Commission). The establishment of the program is another way to prove the organisation’s commitment to constantly improve and to properly integrate quality management and environmental management as well as daily risk prevention throughout the whole centre.

Juaneda Healthcare Network is the first of Balearic Islands in adopting very strict quality practices which guarantee transparency, efficiency and effectiveness as well as an excellent and demonstrable quality assistance.

The key advantage of having a certified quality system is that Juaneda Healthcare Network has operational and control documentation, registration documents and internal and external audits which provide access to rapid and clear information. Also, the International SEP certificate, received last June, guarantees Juaneda Clinic and its clients.
